One mark per metro with client facilities

596facilities in 40 countries

We run mission-critical facilities. Before Day One and every day thereafter.

Operational readiness, onsite operations, and portfolio governance for hyperscale and colocation.

Portfolio scale

Our clients operate at gigawatt scale.

We do not just turn wrenches. We build the operating programs, the asset data, and the governance that keep those buildings running.

Why we get the call

A facility can go wrong two ways.

The issues arrive from opposite ends of the lifecycle, and they cost the same. Neither is a maintenance problem.

Before day one

The CMMS is missing data. The asset register is incomplete, procedures aren't written for the equipment actually installed, the staff has not been trained, and drawings are missing or incorrect. The commissioning report says the building works. Nothing says the team does.

  • Months spent writing the operating program after the building is live
  • Procedures written against equipment nobody has stood in front of
  • Staff learning the site while it is already carrying load

After three years

Incident tickets close without the correct root cause and corrective actions assigned and tracked. The asset data drifted from reality two vendors ago. Every escalation goes to the same three people, and nobody above them can see a pattern because no place exists where a pattern would show.

  • Every incident costs more than the program that would have caught it
  • Asset data two vendors out of date, so nothing reconciles
  • The same three people carrying every escalation
Catapultâ„¢

Day One is a gate.

Most handovers prove the building works. Catapultâ„¢ proves the team can run it, during construction, gated to go-live.

01Design

Operations reads the drawings while a valve is still a line on a page.

  • Operational design review against the drawings
  • Asset management framework written into the specs
  • Work management framework written into the specs
170+issues caught before they are ever built
02Construction

We build the operating program while the building is under construction, not after the structure is complete.

  • Asset tagging during equipment installation
  • Operations input into commissioning
  • Hiring and training run in parallel with the build
20+readiness zones tracked against the build schedule
03Pre-launch

Everything is proved against the equipment actually installed.

  • Procedures loaded and tested in the CMMS
  • Teams trained and certified
  • Every readiness zone closed
95%+verified asset accuracy at L5 commissioning
04Facilities Management

The building opens with its operating program already running, and the same standard keeps it running every day after.

  • Governance cadence at every site
  • Incident response with root-cause analysis
  • Asset data kept true to the building

Facilities Management

The half that never finishes.

We embed with the team you have. The standard, the data, and the cadence come from us; the building stays yours.

  • Governance cadenceOperating controls applied the same way at every site, on a schedule the whole portfolio runs to.
  • Work managementWe use risk-based planning, scheduling, and standardized work-order flows inside the CMMS you already use.
  • Incident responseWe perform root-cause analysis on every escalation and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Master dataWe keep the asset register true to the building as vendors, equipment, and layouts change.
  • Building systemsWe hold electrical, HVAC, fire and life-safety, and security under one program rather than four.

The eight disciplines

Take the whole program or one discipline.

Steadfast Operations runs two programs, and you have just read both. Eight disciplines sit underneath them, and you can take one on its own.

Where you are

Two starting points. Pick yours.

Already running

Start with an operational assessment, scoped to your risk profile. We benchmark it to ISO, NFPA, and SMRP, and end in a prioritized roadmap instead of a report.

Not open yet

Start with a readiness review. Catapultâ„¢ runs alongside construction across twenty-plus zones, and the earlier it starts the less of it happens after your building is already live.

Where we operate

We are already in your market.

We have client facilities in 250 metros across 40 countries. In six of them, we run the operating standard for three or more separate clients at once.

Who runs it

Where being wrong was not survivable.

Steadfast Operations founders are people from the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, where the operating discipline is written down, audited, and followed because the alternative is not survivable. We brought that awareness into data centers.

Faith, family, impact

Why we do the work.

None of it changes how the operating standard gets applied to your building. It is why we do it.

  • Faith. Faith is the cornerstone of Steadfast Operations. It's God's company. We are merely an instrument.
  • Family. We focus on ensuring our employees have a healthy work-life balance and spend quality time with their families.
  • Impact. A portion of every contract goes back into the communities where our people live.
