These terms cover this website and nothing else. They do not change, replace or add to a services agreement signed between Steadfast Operations and a client. Where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement is the one that counts.
Using the site
Read it, quote it, send it to the person who has to approve the budget. Three things you may not do:
- Scrape it hard enough to degrade it for anyone else.
- Try to reach a part of it that is not published.
- Present the work here as your own.
What is on this site is information, not an engagement
Nothing here is an offer, a proposal or a scope of work. An engagement with Steadfast Operations starts with a signed agreement, never with a page on a website and never with a form.
The same holds for advice. These pages describe how we run critical facility operations in general. They are not engineering, safety, legal or compliance advice for your building, because no page here has seen your building.
The figures
Every measured figure on this site describes work already delivered, on a real engagement, under that engagement's conditions. A result at one site is evidence that the work can be done. It is not a forecast of your result and it is not a promise of one.
If a number here matters to a decision you are making, ask us what sat behind it. We would rather walk you through the engagement than have you plan against a headline.
What you send us
Do not send confidential or regulated material through the contact form. It is a contact form. If something sensitive has to move, say so and we will set up a way to move it.
What you do send, we use to answer you, on the terms set out in our privacy policy.
Marks and client names
Steadfast Operations and Catapult™ are our marks. Client names and logos on this site belong to their owners and appear to identify work we have done, not to imply that anything else here is endorsed by them.
Links out
Where this site links to somebody else's, that site is theirs. We do not control what is on it and we are not answerable for it.
Availability and accuracy
We keep the site accurate and we keep it up. Neither is guaranteed. Pages go out of date, servers go down, and a figure that was current one quarter can be superseded the next. To the extent the law allows, this site is provided as it stands, and Steadfast Operations is not liable for loss arising out of using it or relying on it.
When these terms change
We change the site and these terms when they need changing. The version on this page is the current one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
